STRENGTH TRAINING AT HOME

More adults, every day, are discovering the many advantages of training at home.
Among other factors, the Covid 19 Pandemic from training in public facilities and health clubs. Besides the obvious privacy, some important advantages of home training are savings of time, money and convenience of scheduling. Plus the undivided attention of your trainer enhances the highly personalized learning experience.

My home training program involves the convenience of using Zoom which allows me to personally interact with my clients at the time and duration of their choosing. The only requirement is that the client has either resistance bands or free weights at their home and approximately sixty square feet of clear floor space to do the workouts.

Many clients enjoy the lightweight and low-cost aspects of resistance bands as well as its well-researched efficacy at building physical strength. On the other hand, some clients have their own sets of free weights and benefit from my careful guidance in the safest ways of using these weights to quickly gain muscle and strength. Some clients are amazed at the incredible results of combining both resistance bands and free weights to maximize the benefits of both techniques. And these are older adults who have no prior experience with strength training throughout their lives.
